In the past 1.5 years the hyderabad real estate market grew vertically, apartments which were being sold for Rs.1500-1600 in todays prime localities of kondapur and madhapur, have risen to a new high of Rs.4,500 per square foot. But are these prices affordable?

I did some research into how many employees could actually buy apartments in the range of 70 lakh rupees to a crore, and not very surprisingly there were not many.

there is a huge demand for apartments, because that is the basic convenience any person would like to buy as soon as they earn some decent money, in my analysis well ventilated apartments in 20 lakh rupees range have great demand and are sought for but the market does not have any available.

As a initiative we have taken up a small project in which we would be having comfortable 2 BHK flats which would have a price tag of close to 20 Lakhs and be priced less than the market, as well as provide good quality of construction.
